Had it not been for her diligence and follow through we would have missed out on the desired unit at the desired price. Brandon our builder…we can’t say enough about him. From the start he walked us through the process and helped us know when we should lock the interest rate. There were many obstacles during the build but he and Wendy communicated any and all challenges. They even went beyond the requirements by reaching out to the homeowners association to ensure we could do specifics things on the property. It was always "I need to be sure because I want you to be totally happy." They could have easily said yes you can do whatever you want to the property and we would have been stuck. When we ran into supplier issues Brandon never hesitated to contact the supplier to add an additional push or confirm a date. Their level of follow up is the only thing that allowed us to close on time. Without this we would have easily been out of $10k. They are an A+ team.
