    How soon can I get a HistoryMaker home?
    A

    This depends on a number of variables. If you are well-qualified, you could purchase your home in as little as two weeks!

    How do I know if I am qualified to purchase a home?
    A

    The first step you'll want to take is to get pre-qualified for a mortgage. This informational process determines the maximum amount you are eligible to borrow. Contact us and we will connect you with a licensed loan officer who will talk with you and review your credit history. It's important to note that pre-qualification does not guarantee you a loan.

    What credit score do I need to qualify for a home?

    There are many variables that determine what credit score you need to qualify for a mortgage loan. Our preferred lender will help you review your unique situation and select the type of loan that best fits your needs. Credit score requirements vary by loan type. Some programs require a minimum credit score of 580, while others may require 640 or above to qualify.
