New homes in Humble TX provide an opportunity to join this quintessentially Texan town. Humble was founded as early as the 1820s, but it really took off in 1903, when oil was discovered and the economy subsequently boomed. Our new homes in Humble let you enjoy the environment of this historic town with a luxurious and modern twist.
We are proud to be a part of the Balmoral master-planned community in Humble. This community brings a Caribbean resort experience to Humble. Community members will have access to a two acre, crystal clear lagoon, complete with paddle boards, kayaks, and white sand beaches. Right outside the clubhouse there are courts for sand volleyball and tennis, as well as a boardwalk around the lagoon.
Balmoral is also just a 15 minute drive from Lake Houston, where you can enjoy local shops as well as the lake. Southeastern Humble is covered with natural greenery and parks. The Mercer Arboretum and Botanic Gardens covers 400 acres of Humble. The park is the perfect place for a relaxing and shady stroll. It’s also known for the beautiful photo opportunities the scenery creates.
The “Good Oil Days” festival is a tradition in Humble 40 years running. One weekend every year, Main Street is taken over by more than 80 vendors, food trucks, wine and beer gardens, and live music. Good Oil Days is the signature event of Humble, Texas, and it’s really impressive to see what this little town is made of.
And if there’s any amenity you can’t find in town—say, a Houston Texans game—our homes in Balmoral are just 20 miles from downtown Houston. The small town character of Humble is a unique accomplishment because of just how close the town is to the big city. The incredible Balmoral community makes for an even more special way to lay down roots in Humble.
