The staff were extremely service minded, did what they promised and when they promised to do it

The buying experience was very good. Richard was our sales person, and he made it very easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the home. He shared details about the home and HistoryMaker that help us make our decision. No other sales person with the other builders we visited with were as knowledgeable as Richard. After we closed, the Project Manager, Daniel took over. As expected, we have had some small items come up that needed attention. Daniel has been great. We communicate by email, text and phone. He is very responsive. The vendors he uses are responsive as well, contacting us within hours of reaching out to Daniel. We are very pleased with the service we have received from both Richard and Daniel and would recommend them and HistoryMaker Homes, without reservation.
