Likes: Your sales team was very responsive-shout out to Tommie & Liz ; this transaction would have never happened without them being responsive (and a lot of builders reps aren’t in this market); the price was the price-also something not always true in this market; the home was finished on schedule & we were updated throughout. Dislikes: Our home was a spec home. While I get this made it faster to finish, I would have made the following changes: 1) Use 4 bedrooms version of plan-that would have provided more closet space and generally made it more comfortable; 2) more bathroom cabinets (especially above toilets) or a downstairs linen closet would have been really great
