Sherman has two museums that are fun and interesting for the whole family, and for guests when they come to town! The Harbor Wildlife Museum features big game animals from around the world. The Sherman Museum seeks to teach visitors about the history and culture of Grayson County, TX and the local Red River area. The Carnegie Library, where the museum is housed, is itself a historic treasure and is on the National Registry of Historic Places.
