What Our
Homeowners
Are Saying
10 out of 10 would recommend HistoryMaker Homes. Especially Shannon from Sales and Zach as the construction manager. Both went above and beyond to assist us during the process. Both responded even after work hours or on their off days. Shannon for example answered a call while she was attending a wedding. We closed on our house and Zach still goes above and beyond for us. He is as present as he was while the house was still under construction.
Our experience with History Maker was phenomenal. From the start with Shannon through the process with Zach, not once did we have an issue. Zach provided us weekly with updates, shielded us from things that went wrong and when something needed to be fixed he got to it right away and it was fixed within days. Most of the time we didn't even know there went something wrong because he was so quick on his feet. And we went to the site at least once a week if not more often to check on it. Zach even cleaned the construction site daily which was greatly appreciated.
