How do I know if I am qualified to purchase a home?
Our sales counselors are equipped to assist you. They have the ability to pull a free credit report with your permission, evaluate your DTI (debt to income ratio) and they also have access to loan officers that are available to answer any additional questions you may have.

What credit score do I need to qualify for a home?
Each individual's situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the many lending guideline variables. Depending on the type of loan that works best for you, the credit score requirements will vary. Some loan programs can take a minimum credit score of 580 while others may need a 640 or above to qualify. Our sales counselors are prepared to help you evaluate your individual situation. Do you have a 1-story home over 2,000 square feet?
Larger 1-story plans are offered in specific communities. Lot size and availability will determine which communities can offer these larger square footage designs. Our 2130 and 2310 series are two great offerings for your consideration.

Which floor plan offers the option for a 2-story home with a master down?
Several of our 2-story plans offer the option for a master bedroom on the 1st floor. Our 2600, 3306, 3506 and 4007 series all offer this option. We also offer plans with dual master bedrooms.
