COMPANY GENERAL POLICY AND PROCEDURE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, and other duties may be assigned)

  • Work with vendors to order materials and schedule services to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Order, track, and distribute marketing collateral, office supplies, business cards, and name badges; includes receiving shipments, lifting up to 50 lbs., and climbing a ladder to store and retrieve inventory
  • Maintain and track inventory of promotional items, such as closing gifts and giveaways.
  • Coordinate weekly distribution of closing gifts to each community.
  • Fulfill marketing materials requests for each community to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate participation in events on community and companywide levels. Includes working with both internal employees and external vendors to ensure event logistics are planned and prepared for successful execution. Includes developing and maintaining an event checklist, coordinating with caterers and other vendors, preparing giveaway items, pulling promotional items, and may require travelling offsite on occasion to attend or facilitate an event.
  • Fulfill lot signage requests and maintain inventory.
  • Assist marketing department in coordinating special events and projects. Administrative duties to include filing, storing old materials, coding invoices, reconciling department credit card statement, and other basic administrative duties as needed.
  • Update and maintain HistoryMaker and Rendition social media platforms while promoting content professionally and with brand awareness.
  • Assist in creating and updating print collateral, event invitations and community flyers.
  • Assist with the company’s realtor outreach program.  
  • Other Responsibilities – Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned on a case-by-case basis by the marketing director and assist other co-workers as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and one-three years’ experience in a Marketing or professional support role.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Internet, and software specific to internal business processes. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Illustrator), is preferred. Ability to learn and adopt new software with proper instruction.
