Customer Service Representative (Level TBD)

Summary:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) must be able to oversee 4-6 active communities in Dallas (far east and far north) for the evaluation and completion of warranty service claims, scheduling subcontractors, build relationships with homeowners, facilitate repairs and maintain all model homes within his communities, manage trade partners and ensure work takes place on the scheduled date, meets with homeowners to ensure repairs were completed to their satisfaction ultimately providing high levels of customer service satisfaction.

Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, and other duties may be assigned)

  • Calls customers pertaining to open requests
  • Manages trade partners
  • Maintains warranty/customer service request logs
  • Attends team meetings
  • Establishes working relationship with customers
  • Builds trust and respect with team members, subcontractors and customers, to maintain a 96% “recommend to a friend” score
  • Schedules trade partners in a timely manner
  • Signs and turns in PO’s weekly
  • Maintains overall community model homes
  • Schedules all necessary inspections for warranty service and model homes
  • Submission of notes on all service requests on a weekly basis
  • A positive attitude that reflects the guiding principles of History Maker Homes/Rendition Homes
  • Must have reliable transportation, and be able to travel between communities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licenses, Certifications, Other Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License, Personal Insurance Liability Policy with Limits of 100/100/100.  Must pass yearly DMV background check and provide renewal auto insurance certificate.
