IT Support Specialist


Utilizing your exceptional skills and talents, we will rely on you to install, modify, and maintain computer hardware and software systems, phones, faxes, copiers, alarm systems, etc. and provide technical assistance and training to system users by performing the following duties:

  • Support all internal customers on system problem resolution and requests.
  • Prioritize projects to best service the needs of the customer.
  • Execute project plans and reports on progress.
  • Upgrade workstation software and network hardware.
  • Work with all types of hardware such as PCs, phone system, cell phones, alarm systems, printers, faxes and copiers.
  • Perform basic programming maintenance (batch files, SQL, etc).
  • Work with phone, internet, security, and any other vendors to set up, maintain, and take down services for remote locations and our corporate office.
  • Maintain IT call log, project lists, inventories, and schedules.
  • Update personnel and inform them of changes in software and hardware.
  • Perform problem prevention and data analysis.
  • Assist every employee with all of their IT needs.



  • Bachelor's degree; and/or 4 years related IT experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MCSE Certified preferred.
